Card on file
Upon reserving your appointment, a card will be held on file in support of these policies
Late Policy
Out of respect for other clients and our artists, we have a 15‑minute late policy. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time or ask you to reschedule. For rescheduled appointments, a 50% deposit will be required.
Payment and Refund Policy
Payment is due in full at the completion of your appointment. We accept cash, debit, credit (no AMEX), and Apple Pay.
Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in each customized service, all services are rendered non-refundable.
Hair extensions, retail products, and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy
In the event that you fail to notify us of a cancellation or a change within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the service total.
Refinements or Adjustmens
We are committed to creating beautiful results and will always do our best to ensure you leave feeling confident and cared for. If you feel your hair requires minor adjustment following your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can review your concerns and determine the appropriate next steps.

How to Find the Space
Located within Unfiltered YYC, you can find us nestled in the Southwest corner of downtown Calgary at The Cornerstone building. Parking is complimentary and reserved, and can be accessed through the back alley of 5th and 6th avenue. Once your vehicles plate is registered using the QR code at each stall, you can check in with the reception on the second floor of The Cornerstone building.
